I have the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable with it OR believe I cannot produce a quality product for you.

If you would like me to draw yourself in my style (AKA you send me a selfie of yourself) we can discuss it. Price may change depending on what you ask for.

Please provide a photo reference! No text descriptions will be accepted.

My art is always changing and improving, so things may not look EXACTLY like a sample, but it will 100% be the style you commission! Things that may change are shading style, eye style, things like that!

You CANNOT use my art for NFTS.

Loyalty discount: If you commission me 3x, your 3rd commission will be 20% off! (only applicable to type commissioned in the past)

Payment will be through Paypal, you will be given an invoice. You have the option to pay everything up front or pay half at the beginning and the rest before you receive your final drawing. Those who have commissioned me multiple times may receive the option to make multiple payments instead of 50/50 or all at once.

I only accept USD.

Any additional characters will affect the price. It will be the base price + 50% of the price.

The cost of a commission is subject to change due to character complexity.

If you require me to design your character (AKA you send me a mood board or something similar) there will be a $10-20 price increase depending on complexity.

If you want the commission in a short amount of time, there will be a rush fee depending on the time you ask for. 1 week = 60% increase, 2 weeks = 40% increase, 3 weeks = 20% increase.

Commercial commissions have an increased price. More info below.

I will send you a sketch and ask if it’s okay to proceed to the next step. You are allowed unlimited small changes in the sketch phase (large changes like a different pose, outfit, etc is free for the first time. After that, it will cost $10 USD per change.)

The next WIP I will send you is the flat colors. Here you can tell me to adjust colors (unlimited and free). After that, the next thing I send you will be the final product.

Being patient is a MUST! In order to give you the best quality product, it will take time! Production rates vary on current events, but the average will be 3-4 weeks. If I have full slots, this can change to 6-7 weeks. I will always let you know my current schedule so you will know when to expect your drawing.

Once I send you the final product and you like it, I can send it to you through email for higher quality due to twitter compression. I will ask you for the email you would like me to send it to.

Any major revisions at this stage will cost $20 USD.

My watermark will be on the drawing, it will be subtle and won’t get in the way of the main subject. You cannot remove my watermark.

For transparent versions of the commission, my watermark will not be on it.

As the artist, I have the right to post your commission on my account. If you would like me to keep your commission a secret, please let me know and I will not post it.

As the customer, you have the right to post your commission wherever you’d like. You cannot claim, edit, or trace my drawing. Credit is always highly appreciated.

There is a price increase for commercial commissions. It will cost +50% of your base price. Commercial means you will be making a profit off of this commission (selling prints, charms, stickers, etc).

Personal use had no price increase. You can use personal commissions for things such as profile pictures, headers, personal enjoyment, posting on social media, etc.

You may not under any circumstances use my art for NFTs. If you do, I will file a DMCA claim and sue.

Once the drawing process has begun, there will be NO refunds! If you would like a refund, please let me know BEFORE I start the drawing! You will be refunded 90% of what you paid.

If there is a rare case where I cannot complete your commission after you have paid, I have the right to refund you.
